Principal responsibilities

• Responsible for the sales budget for both Kingsland machinery and tooling
• After training period, responsible for the UK sales budget of HACO machinery
• Data entry to follow up on leads, (new) customer related data including key contacts
• Assist with event preparation and attend events as required
• Acquire thorough knowledge of company products and application to customer and prospect needs
• Follow-up on market trends and suggest product improvements to grow our market share and strengthen our competitive position
• Quoting new and existing customers machinery and tooling
• Assist with problem resolution and customer collection activities
• Customer support and relations

Principal skills required

• Ideally 2+ years’ experience as sales representative
• Technical background is an advantage
• Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with people across all levels
• Good time management and planning skills
• Self-motivated and organised
• Reliable and pro-active
• Ability to listen to customers and solve their problems
• Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
• Team player
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• CRM/ERP systems experience preferable but not essential as training will be given
• Clean full driving license
• Willing to travel as required (UK, Europe) to customers and our manufacturing unit in Nort Norfolk Coast Area
