Kingsland Sales Assistant – North Norfolk Coast area

Since 1983 Kingsland is active in the manufacturing of high-quality industrial machinery and tooling. Our strong Kingsland brand is sold worldwide through a network of agents and distributors. Next to the Kingsland product, we are also active as a distributor of HACO-machinery on the UK territory.
At Kingsland, part of the HACO Group, we are looking a sales assistant to join our small sales team to support our Kingsland sales team and our customers.
Principal responsibilities

Responsible for the sales administration & file management
- Process & follow-up on incoming enquiries (calls, website, …)
- Assist with event preparation
- Acquire thorough knowledge of company products and application to customer needs
- Assist with problem resolution and customer collection activities
- Customer support and relations
Principal skills required
-
Foreign languages is a plus but not a strict requirement
- Ambitious, organised and eager to learn
- Technical background is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management and planning skills
- Reliable and pro-active
- Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
- Team player
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- CRM/ERP systems experience preferable but not essential as training will be given
